Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mira. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and it won't renew. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app. How do I get Premium back?
In the app, go to Profile and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

A video won't play.
Check your internet connection. Some videos can stop playing because of their creator's settings; when that happens, Mira skips to the next one automatically.

How do I delete saved words?
Your saved words and progress are stored only on your iPhone. Press and hold a word in your word list and tap Delete. Deleting the app erases everything.
